DevDraft operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is completed and the idea is unlocked, the transaction is considered final. We do not issue refunds for:
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
If you were charged twice for the same idea due to a technical error, you are eligible to file an appeal for a refund of the duplicate charge.
If a seller is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity — such as selling plagiarized content, misrepresenting the idea, or other deceptive practices confirmed by DevDraft — affected buyers may be eligible for a refund.

DevDraft will review your appeal within 5–10 business days. We may contact you for additional information. Our decision is final.
If your appeal is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Appeals submitted after this window will not be considered.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. If you have a legitimate dispute, our appeals process is the appropriate channel.
