Refund Policy

⚠️ All sales on DevDraft are final. Because ideas are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances described below.

1. No Refund Policy

DevDraft operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is completed and the idea is unlocked, the transaction is considered final. We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality or originality of an idea
  • Failure to read the preview before purchasing
  • Technical issues on the buyer's end

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

2.1 Duplicate Purchase

If you were charged twice for the same idea due to a technical error, you are eligible to file an appeal for a refund of the duplicate charge.

2.2 Seller Fraud

If a seller is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity — such as selling plagiarized content, misrepresenting the idea, or other deceptive practices confirmed by DevDraft — affected buyers may be eligible for a refund.

3. How to File an Appeal

All refund requests must go through our appeals process. We do not issue refunds without a submitted appeal.
Step 1 — Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Appeal - [Your Order]"

Step 2 — Include Required Information

Your appeal must include:

  • Your DevDraft account email
  • The title of the idea you purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your appeal (duplicate charge or seller fraud)
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.)
Step 3 — Review Process

DevDraft will review your appeal within 5–10 business days. We may contact you for additional information. Our decision is final.

Step 4 — Resolution

If your appeal is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Appeals Deadline

Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Appeals submitted after this window will not be considered.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. If you have a legitimate dispute, our appeals process is the appropriate channel.
