Seller Agreement

Last updated: March 2026

This Seller Agreement governs your use of DevDraft as a seller. By listing ideas for sale on the Platform you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

Key points: You keep 90% of each sale. DevDraft takes a 10% platform fee. All sales are final. You are responsible for the accuracy and originality of your listings.

1. Eligibility to Sell

To sell on DevDraft you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Stripe account connected via the "Connect Payouts" feature
  • Comply with all applicable laws including tax obligations in your jurisdiction

2. Listing Requirements

When listing an idea you agree that:

  • The idea is your original creation and does not copy or infringe any existing IP, game, patent, or copyrighted work
  • The preview accurately represents the full idea without being misleading
  • The full description delivers meaningful value consistent with what the preview suggests
  • You will not list the same idea on multiple accounts
  • You will not attempt to sell the same idea outside of DevDraft to a buyer who purchased it here

3. Platform Fee

DevDraft charges a 10% platform fee on each completed sale. This fee is automatically deducted before your payout is sent via Stripe. For example, if your idea sells for $25.00, you will receive $22.50.

DevDraft reserves the right to adjust the fee structure. Sellers will be notified of any changes with at least 14 days notice.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You are responsible for completing Stripe's identity verification and onboarding process. DevDraft is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification requirements or banking processes.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings from DevDraft. DevDraft does not withhold taxes on your behalf. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations.

6. Prohibited Listings

You may not list ideas that:

  • Are direct copies or close derivatives of existing games or copyrighted works
  • Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Are intentionally vague or misleading to deceive buyers
  • Have already been sold on DevDraft

7. Seller Fraud

If a seller is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity — including selling stolen ideas, misrepresenting listings, or any other deceptive practice — DevDraft reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate the seller's account
  • Reverse affected transactions where possible
  • Cooperate with law enforcement if required

Buyers who believe they are victims of seller fraud may file an appeal as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Account Suspension

DevDraft may suspend or terminate a seller account for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or for any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
