Welcome to DevDraft. By accessing or using our platform at any URL where DevDraft is hosted ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About DevDraft

DevDraft is a marketplace based in Missouri, USA that allows users to buy and sell game ideas. DevDraft acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DevDraft. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or transacting on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Buying and Selling

4.1 Sellers

Sellers may list game ideas for sale on the Platform. By listing an idea you confirm that:

• The idea is your original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have the right to sell the idea
• The idea description is accurate and not misleading

Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. DevDraft collects a 10% platform fee on each sale. This fee is subject to change with notice.

4.2 Buyers

By purchasing an idea you acknowledge that:

• All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy
• You are purchasing a digital good — the idea content — and not any guarantee of commercial success
• DevDraft does not verify the originality or quality of ideas listed

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post ideas that infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by transacting outside of DevDraft
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the Platform
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive idea listings

6. Platform Fee

DevDraft charges a 10% fee on each completed transaction. This fee is deducted automatically from the seller's payout via Stripe Connect. DevDraft reserves the right to modify the fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, the buyer receives the full content of the idea. DevDraft makes no representation about what rights are transferred — buyers and sellers should clarify ownership rights between themselves. DevDraft retains no ownership over any idea listed on the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DEVDRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. DEVDRAFT DOES NOT ENDORSE OR VERIFY ANY IDEAS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVDRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

10. Termination

DevDraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

12. Changes to Terms
